100 Greatest TV Shows of the century: The Wire is #1

The Wire featured the late Michael K. Williams has made the cut as the #1 show of the century. The Wire won no Emmys but lands as the most watched show. Reason could be because fans fell in love with Idris Elba becoming by far the biggest star to emerge from The Wire. Show also includes big stars like Michael B. Jordan.

Breaking Bad is about a man who does what he needs to, to get out of tricky situations. Mad Men is perhaps one of the most sophisticated shows ever written. Television has never seen a show as damming and epic as Game of Thrones.
