Fat Trel may not be on everyone’s radar yet, but Fat Trel is well on his way. Raised in Washington D.C, the rapper comes with an East Coast meets Southern sound that he’s been cultivating from an early on age. This year 2010, Trel was learned and signed to the Board of Administration label by Wale.
As the partnership didn’t last, it was during this time period that he recorded his first mixtape “No Secrets.” In 2012, he released another mixtape “Nightmare on E Street,” with production from Big K.R.I.T, Lex Luger, and Kane Beatz. The mixtape raised him to a fresh degree of success, and more recently in 2013, Trel signed with Wale, Rick Ross, and Maybach Music Group. There are more projects coming for this DMV rapper.

On November 6, 2013 – MMG announced that they had signed Fat Trel. He released his first project on MMG with Gleesh in April 2014 and it has guest appearances from Rick Ross to Wale & Rockie Fresh production by All Star Harry Fraud Young Chop amongst others . Since recently being released from prison last year he’s been seen recording new music this summer collaborating Icewear Vezzo and Balla.
